RETURNS :
We make refunds or exchanges only on jewelry with quality defects. As our jewelry's are made on demand so that you have a unique jewelry, we cannot accept returns. All purchases are considered finals.
You have 30 days to make your refund or exchange request after the delivery date.

Q: Can I shower with my Necklace?
A: Yes, our necklaces are made to resist water. It is, therefore, possible to take it in the shower, but we do not recommend it.
Q: Can I write in special characters (for example: @, $, &, *, ...)?
A: Yes, special characters are also available.
Q: How many characters can I have in my 3D Bar necklace design?
A: You can have up to 15 characters, this also includes any spaces.
Q: Is it possible to put a space in the name?
A: This option is possible with our 3D Bar necklace and bangle ONLY. We aren't able to offer this with our other necklace designs yet.
Q: Do you have any inventory?
A: No, every necklace crafted by Isa & Belle is unique. This means that when we receive your order, we start creating your new jewelry. Thus, each necklace is uniquely crafted once we receive your order.
Q: Can I adjust my necklace?
A: YES! Our necklaces are adjustable. We understand not everybody likes to wear our necklaces the same way, this is why we added an extension so you can wear it with style.
