At I&B, we craft our jewelry using premium materials.
Standard Warranty
All our jewelry pieces, including silver, gold-plated, and rose gold-plated items, come with a 2-year warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover loss or theft.
1-Year Extended Jewelry Protection
Our 1-year extended protection plan offers added peace of mind for your treasured jewelry. This coverage includes free returns, repairs, or replacements, along with access to exclusive discounts. With this extended protection, you'll also enjoy seamless customer support, allowing you to wear your jewelry with confidence and ease.
Can I order a necklace with special characters?
We can engrave most symbols and characters on our jewelry, as long as they are available on a standard English keyboard.
Simply include the special character when placing your order.
As for emojis—while we understand they’re widely loved—we are unable to engrave them at this time.
Will my order come with multiple boxes if I order multiple jewelry pieces?
Yes, your order will be delivered with several boxes if you order more than one piece of jewellery.
Do you have any inventory?
No, every jewelry pieces crafted by Isa & Belle is unique. This means that when we receive your order, we start creating your new jewelry.

Does I&B ship Worldwide?
Yes! Of course we ship worldwide!
We ship to most countries around the world (+140) between 3-9 working days.
If your are not sure about your country, contact us and we'll inform you.
I have not received an order or a shipping confirmation e-mail.
If you haven’t received an order or shipping confirmation email, it’s possible that the email may have landed in your junk or spam folder. Another possibility could be a typo in the email address entered during checkout. If you still haven’t received the confirmation, please contact our customer service team, and they’ll be happy to assist you
Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?
No, you will not be charged any consumption tax or duties to the 140+ countries we deliver to.
Change order details and Cancellation
How do I change my shipping address?
To change your address before an order has shipped, please contact us.
We can change your shipping address until your item has been sent for packaging, at which point we carefully prepare your personalized jewellery for shipping.
How can I change my order after placing it?
You have 24 hours to make any changes to your order (personalization, quantity, color, etc.) before it is sent to production. After this time, we cannot guarantee that your request will be accommodated.
If you need assistance or wish to modify your order, please kindly contact our customer service team, and they will be happy to assist you.
Can I cancel my order ?
Yes, you can cancel your order. Production of your personalized item will begin 24 hours after you process your order.
As each piece is custom-made for our customers, we kindly ask that you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel it. After this period, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed in time.

Returns
How can I return my order?
We make refunds or exchanges only on jewelry with quality defects. As our jewelry's are made on demand so that you have a unique jewelry, we cannot accept returns. All purchases are considered finals.
You have 30 days to make your refund or exchange request after the delivery date.
The refund of your purchase will be made on your original payment method within 5 working days.
Contact us to make a return request through our contact page or by replying to your order e-mail confirmation.
Do I have to pay anything to return my order?
No, you do not need to pay to return your order, as we only accept refunds or exchanges for defective jewelry. In such cases, you do not need to send the item back; instead, we kindly ask that you dispose of it.
If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange.
